The COBRA company messed up everything along the way.
Including conveniently (for them) ending my subsidy 9 days early. So that will be a whole argument. And an opportunity for them to eff something else up.
Also they will call back from an unrecognized number at nearly 7pm. They will, at least, leave a message telling me who they are and instructing me to call back.
That department is closed. That department closes at 4pm. They do not have any days with later hours.
Which is to say: much like the outsourced IT team, they only call when they don’t expect you to be there and when you will not be able to reach them back even if you return the call instantly.
So that’s nice.
