The South to North America solo virtual trek continues and I’m “in” Argentina.
Which is a country known for raising cattle for beef. They’re famous for it.
So naturally I made chicken empanadas.

I’d made a version of these before and it happened I had wrappers left from the beef empanadas I’d made for Chile.
But just a few so the ones above were made with pie crust, and baked. And they’re good. They’re simple but sometimes simple things are the best things.
Still, I might zip them up with a spicy sauce if some kind. You never know. But they are good on their own.
