VAL: a Libyan dish

Having virtually reached Libya recently, I needed to find a dish to make, to celebrate the crossing.

So I tried this recipe for Kusksu served over couscous.

The seasonings are familiar ingredients, mixed in ways that are wholly unfamiliar.

And we are unanimous: it’s good!

Even if I did leave out the garbanzo beans. Not my thing, those.
