I’ve gotten my virtual treks slightly out of sync. While I’m still active on The Conqueror Trek to Petra virtual challenge, on the Virtual African Loop (VAL) I’ve crossed the border, back into Egypt.
I have some distance to cover until I’m across the Sinai Peninsula and to Cairo — back to covering new ground. But that’s fine. By the time I get there I should be closer to done with the Petra challenge and on to… well, why spoil the surprise?
