The other day I needed a green onion for a recipe.
Just one.
They don’t sell them as just one here though. I got a small package of 6-7.
Pretty quickly the ones I didn’t use started to wilt, of course.
So wasteful.
But wait, they come with little roots!
So now I have a houseplant I never intended to have.
So… I guess I won’t be needing to buy any green onions anytime soon.
