I was on a fantastic tour, run by CIE. I met lovely people including Robin and Stella from Canada. There was a massive heat wave in parts of the world where air conditioning is rarely a consideration, and chilled cider never tasted so good.
Which is not to say I didn’t enjoy an Irish coffee from time to time.
The sunniest of our days, though, may have been our tour day in Dublin. We rode and walked around in the sunshine and as the day drew to a close we all met for dinner and music and stories.

And in the fading light, caught the bridges reflected.
Ireland was lovely. I hope one day to return!
Side note to wish Mark and Tara a happy anniversary of sorts… how many years of convivial bliss is this?
