Apple Tarts

There in the back of the fridge, the remaining apples from the last time I made strudel, were languishing.

Well, that won’t do.

A bit of lemon and butter and sugar and cinnamon, heated until bubbly and layered over puff pastry…

Yields delicious results.

All this needs is a little powdered sugar
