There were plenty of leftover veggies from the pot roast the other night. The roast itself, not so much.
But I had a steak defrosted at home, and suya spice just begging me to use it…
The result was a Cameroonian steak with American potatoes and carrots. Enough for a couple of meals, actually.
The outcome was, in a word, delicious. If I’m allowed a second word: spicy!
