When I was approaching the (virtual) border of Malawi, I noted that for a stretch there I was running near the border but not actually getting there.
Yes. Well. Now my Virtual African Loop has me in Malawi, but the next little stretch of road couldn’t get any closer to Zambia without actually crossing over.
That little stretch of road is only a few miles long. By the time I reach the town of Jenda, my route will hang a right, while the border itself will veer off to the left.
My alternate TLR route is in Zambia but even so, give a wave as we go by!
