If I haven’t said much about my Virtual Africa Loop in a while, it’s because – while I’ve made Shrimp Mozambique again already and the Mozambican chicken was good both hot off the grill and as leftovers – it’s a long way to the next border.
Africa is so big! Like for instance, it looks like I’m getting pretty close to the border of Malawi.
It looks like it. But it’s more than 280 miles away.
I mean, Lord willing I will get there, but sheesh that’s farther away than I would have thought.
Well more time to find a recipe for when I get there, I guess.
