The Virtual African Loop continues (of course) and that means I needed to make a dish to celebrate Mozambique!
So I found this recipe for Shrimp Mozambique and made it … with a bit of doctoring because never never never gonna have cilantro on hand so I left that out of the Sazon. And also apparently Peri Peri is common there to. So I used that as the hot sauce (vs Tabasco or whatall).
The results were absolutely delicious.
