In addition to the Virtual African Loop (VAL) I’m also tracking my distance on The Longest Route (TLR).
And while I still have hundreds of miles left before I cross from South Africa to Mozambique on the VAL, my TLR path has me nearing the border of Botswana!
That also means that I’m a whole 5% of the way along this route (already).
And that I need to go recipe hunting again.
