A lot of the time the street river view has blurry partially-scrubbed people. Sometimes it looks like we’ve witnessed a drowning, just random hats and a blurry elbow on the backdrop of water.
Which is all fine and funny (since we know it’s just the way the video was prepped.
And other times, it’s just perfect and beautiful.
