Because sometimes there’s puff pastry already thawed and needing to be used.
Sometimes the cream cheese is at the expiration date. Sometimes the leftover Colby Jack and shaved Parmesan are about 3 days from getting fuzzy.
And when all that happens, then why not semi-randomly mix all the cheeses and some seasonings together and wrap them in puff pastry…
And semi-randomly bake some stuffed cheese balls?
I can’t say the healthiest of choices were made. But tasty won the day.
