First Beautiful Niece was home for fall break, and one of the things we decided to do was whip up something delicious together.
Strudel takes a lot of steps to assemble, so it’s more fun and less stressful to make as a team.
She did much better than I did at keeping it together in the baking. And she does an excellent job at making it snowy with confectionery sugar at the end.
It came out well (better than the photo did) and we had plenty for everyone, including pieces she could take back to school with her. Maybe even to share. 🙂
So it was a great time with that sweet girl.
