I’m really just barely over the border into South Africa. I’ll be “in” South Africa for a long, long time to come.
My route takes me down to Cape Town before I head east to the far border and into Mozambique.
It’s a long, long way. I’m hoping to get down and across before 2021 ends but… well, time will tell.
There will be some regionally inspired cooking along the way, for sure. Thanks so much to (I) who I know has been scouting through her family’s recipes for me. And I am checking my cookbooks and online sources as well.
