The trek continues and I’m passing from Congo to DR Congo en route to Angola.
The cuisine of the Congo’s is similar to one another – I wasn’t able to find separate recipes for each.
Still I did manage to make Moambe and Capitaine along the way.
So now… Though DR Congo is the larger country, its a short hop across to Angola. It’s the last time for quite some time that I’ll have a short distance through any of the countries.
Guess I better get going!
