You may recall that I made and loved the Cameroon hot pepper sauce but that it was a bit too hot even for me.

You might recall that I said that adding it to butter and garlic and Parmesan and Asiago cheeses turned it into the most delicious garlic bread ever.

Well my update for today is that using the leftover spicy garlic butter to make grilled cheese is, in a word, magnificent.
