So the chicken stew was okay but maybe I’m just chicken-stewed out, you know? So how about something different?
Like maybe seafood: Capitaine and pili-pili in palm oil
Limitations: I can’t get Congolese fish OR peppers. So there’s that.
But hey, cod and habaneros and some peri-peri (pili -pili) sauce will have to do.
And plantains because also authentic and available.
