By 7:30 I’ve met my grocery delivery, just about finished my indoor forced-march step goal, and would love to sleep. Would love to.

But I don’t want to be up in the small hours. I make myself stay up a couple more hours.

I still wake up in the 4am hour.

Oh heck no.

My alarms go off at 6:15am… Wanna go work out?


Then at 7:30am: okay now shouldn’t you get ready for the day?


Um it’s 8am and aren’t you supposed to be working now? Get up get up get up.

Sigh. Maybe. If I must.

My device says I slept almost 9 hours. It was nothing like enough.

There is not nearly enough coffee to get me through the day. Trust me, I tried.
