Cameroon food is spicy. Or at least the recipes I found are. In the most delightful way!

To start we’re having Suya.

On the side there will be pepper sauce. Is it hot? Omigosh yea it’s so hot!

The verdict is that it’s almost (not quite) too hot and yet so so so delicious. 11/10, and supplanting Yassa as my favorite African-inspired meal so far.

All three of us ate Every. Last. Bit.

Yep. Total win.
