Brief Reprieve

All of my company’s US office were planned to open for in-office work by this week.

Return is strongly encouraged… mostly because despite the fact that many of us do just fine remotely and a smaller subset of us have no teammates in the same locale, someone “high up” thinks in the office is the single best way to work — bordering on the only ‘real’ way to work (which is deeply offensive to everyone who’s been working their backside off for more than a year, remotely, and shows zero recognition that we’re not all extroverted).

Well… Whatever. It is what it is.

Then again…

There’s delays getting my office reopened.

So… small reprieve for me!
