It’s a relative thing. I’ve been to the buoy in the Florida Keys, which marks the southernmost point in the continental US.
And I’ve been to South Point in Hawaii – the southernmost place in Hawaii and by extension the US as a whole.
And the other day, I virtually passed the southern tip of Australia’s Great Ocean Road.

IRL I have been farther south than this – the southern island of New Zealand, via a cruise some years back.
But to happen to have my daily trek land me exactly at this point still seemed somehow worth noting.
… And now I should probably check whether my cruise to Alaska or my visit to Iceland put me to my most Northern point to date. Hmm homework: Anchorage was the northern point of my Alaskan cruise but it’s south of Reykjavik so… Iceland wins out … so far!
