In case nearly 18000 miles wasn’t enough distance to try to virtually cover in 3 years (the max timeframe for a solo mission on MyVirtualMission.com), I just tweaked it upwards.

Specifically, I added a roughly-thousand mile loop so that when I get to Giza, I loop over to Bethlehem and Jerusalem, up around the Dead Sea, and through Petra in Jordan, before crossing back to Egypt and continuing on my original route.
Which means my trek requires me to walk, step, dance or pedal at least one extra mile per day. To be precise, 17.3 miles per day, on average, instead of 16.3.
Well, sure. Why not?
