While I’m still looking forward to making some Senegalese recipes, I seem to have tripped my way over another border, into Guinea.

This is the fifth country along my virtual route. (I didn’t purposely miss The Gambia or Guinea-Bissau, FYI. It just worked out that way. The map isn’t quite as user-friendly as I’d like, when it comes to planning a route.)
Nevertheless, it’s exciting to be making progress. And I’m going to have to up my game, recipe-wise.
I picked up a couple of African cookbooks post-Christmas, so that should help.
