Maybe it was the recumbent bike.
Maybe it’s the way I sit all curled up.
Either way… one of my knees is getting pretty mad at me.
Overuse isn’t a help (so biking is temporarily off the agenda).
Overextension isn’t a help (so I need to be a little more careful not to sit cross-legged or twisted up).
Maybe if I give it a rest it will heal up.
