So these virtual challenges are starting to go to my head or something.
On successive days this month, I walked a half marathon…
And then the next day I walked the whole marathon distance (in step equivalents).

I know that technically I walked the marathon equivalent the prior week (and in almost 3 hours less time) … but this was too much.
I know that earlier this year I walked 100,000 steps, or more than 30,000 above what I did for the marathon distance … but this was too much.
Much too much.
Do not recommend.
I’m tired.
Is 7:20pm too early for bed? (Asking for a friend.)
