Fitness and Other Temporary Obsessions, today has a theme song

Oops I did it again

I tried a new workout

It didn’t seem like I was overdoing it

But I am feeling all the muscles in my legs.

All. Of. Them.

Which seems like maybe I could have learned my lesson, since two days before that I tried a different new workout (and was suddenly way too aware that I have obliques).

Nope. Not so much with the learning.
