Fried chicken

Fried chicken is, as far as I’m concerned, a gift from above for all mankind.

The cleanup, much less so. Now I remember why I so rarely make it.

But I cooked the chicken in a couple of batches, and nibbled some (oh so good!), and set the rest aside for another day (if I can restrain myself).

On that point, I make no promises.
