I tried to just eat frozen meals all week and even though that still left me with a ton of choices, I found myself bored to tears more often than not.
Back I go, to the stove, with renewed purpose.
Dishes I plan to make over the days to come (which granted might be overcompensating for all those low-cal meals last week):
– spicy sausage sandwiches
– steak palomilla
– fried chicken (!) omigosh omigosh – want!
I promise I’ll be working fruits and veggies in the mix too.
Gosh, I made myself hungry just thinking about all that…
