For a week, I mostly used the taco meat and veggies as nachos rather than tacos.
No cheese. But salsa. And sliced jalapeños. Over tortilla chips, of course.
Because everything is better if it’s spicy.
To me, anyway. I know someone who disagrees. I know someone whose apartment is slowly being consumed by spicy seasonings she will never eat … but saves for me.
