To recap, that’s 14/14 target hours getting 250 steps (which really ate into my potential nap time btw) and 7/7 days getting my 30 minute workout. Of course, I also hit my 10K step goal that day. All week, in fact.
So – I might not have gotten my nap, but I got a bunch of other good things in. All in all, it was a successful week for working out.
