There are goals we pursue over our lives.
We set ourselves goals for the year.
For the quarter, for the month.
For the week. (I’ve been hitting my 30 min workout goals, as I might have mentioned once or twice.)

There are goals we pursue day by day. (I’ve been getting my 10,000 steps per day, also. Again, I have mentioned it a bit.)
And sometimes, it comes down to hour by hour. Like this Sunday & Monday, when I managed to hit my 250 hourly steps goal for the 14 target hours of my day…
