@Fitbit, Fitness and Other Temporary Obsessions

28 days

So, I’ve kept at it, day by day, since I resolved to try to make healthier choices. That was back at not-quite-the-start of February.

I know, because this is what my monthly step chart looks like for February 2020:

Step goal achieved every day since I started on Feb 2. Yay!

My average for the month won’t shift too much no matter what today looks like. But since my day only just started and by 9am today (Feb 29 IRL) I had hit the goal:

It seems promising that my daily steps will go up, at least.

So, you know. Small successes to celebrate!
