So I baked the no-knead bread that I started yesterday.
I’d tell you that it looks good, but they say a picture is worth a thousand words. And since I was able to jam my broken camera open long enough to snap a few shots, here you go:
This one rose better than either of the prior attempts. Which might have something to do with summer temperatures, but I can’t be sure. The true test is how it tastes… planning to crack into it tomorrow evening. Or maybe Tuesday evening. That’s when I’ll actually find out… how yummy is that?
