My new bed arrived. Sears delivery didn’t call me an hour ahead of arriving, as indicated, but they were here in the agreed-upon delivery window and they called 5 minutes out to let me know they were on their way.
Then about 2 hours later their customer service desk called to make sure I was happy.
I’m happy. Customer service in America 2012 is notoriously bad, and Sears has been wowwing me right along.
I’ve made my brand-new bed.
Now I want to go lie in it.
